Let the water stand for 30 seconds.
Get red wine sick out carpet.
The most important step is to take quick action to clean up the wine.
Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before vacuuming.
The more you can soak up the less you ll have to remove.
The water dilutes the red wine which makes it easier to blot up.
After you finish blotting pour a bit of cold water directly onto the wine stain.
Make sure that the peroxide and soda fully cover the stained area and let it sit for 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour salt over the stain while it s still wet.
Pour club soda or cold water onto the carpet covering an area about one and one half times the size of the stain.

Hydrogen peroxide acts as a bleaching agent which can be great for whiting out a red wine stain but effectively bleaches your carpet.
With a white cloth try and blot as much of the red wine stain as you can.
To help get the rest out try covering the stained spot with a generous portion of salt.
